1. Object

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the GEO-Auditor service, a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) audit tool published by Septeo Digital Services.

2. Service levels

GEO-Auditor offers three levels of access:

Guest (no registration required): free scan with overall score and breakdown by pillar. Ephemeral results, not stored. Limited to 1 scan per day per IP address.
Client (free account): 5 full audits per month, with detailed analysis, recommendations, exports (PDF, XLSX, HTML) and history. Registration with verified email address.
Admin: full access, user and request management.

3. Registration

Registration requires a valid email address and acceptance of these GCU. The email is verified by a confirmation link (double opt-in). The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his identifiers.

4. Acceptable use

The user undertakes to :

Not to use the service to audit sites that it does not own or control
Do not attempt to circumvent the limits of use
Do not overload the service with excessive automated requests
Do not use the results for defamatory purposes

5. Type of service

GEO-Auditor is provided free of charge by Septeo Digital Services. No fee is charged for the use of the tool within the limits defined in article 2.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is a recent and constantly evolving discipline. AI response engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview) regularly modify their algorithms, data sources and recommendation criteria. Septeo Digital Services makes every effort to keep pace with these developments and to offer a constantly updated analysis tool. However, the very nature of GEO implies a degree of unpredictability: the results and recommendations provided reflect the state of knowledge at the time of the audit and may change independently of any action by the user.

6. Limitation of liability

GEO-Auditor provides automated analyses for information purposes only. The scores and recommendations do not constitute professional advice. Septeo Digital Services cannot be held responsible for decisions taken on the basis of these results, nor for variations in visibility on the AI response engines.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modification of the GCU

Septeo Digital Services reserves the right to modify these GTC. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.
